Shipping charges quoted when you place your order are provided as an approximation of the true charges. If the weight or size of your order causes the actual freight charge to greatly exceed the estimated freight charge, we will determine the exact freight charge for your preferred method of shipping and will provide an amended total for your approval. No charges will be made to your credit card until we receive your final approval of any amended freight charges.

Because of the favorable rates we receive, we can ship all orders that are within the shipper's size and weight limitations via FEDEX Second Day Air at a reasonable rate. There is no handling charge applied to any orders regardless of size or weight . Please allow 5-7 days for all other shipping methods (such as UPS Ground, USPS, etc.).

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and now Canada. Pleae note freight calculations to locations outside of the continental USA will be done manually and you will be advised of the charges before order is completed. Charges quoted on the site do not apply to shipments outside the Continental USA.

We DO NOT ship to freight forwarders. We do not ship to ANY location that can not be verified with PayPal or Credit Card authorization.

We cannot ship any hazardous materials(batteries, paint, chemicals,etc.)

Regular Delivery

street address is required for all deliveries (a P.O. Box not acceptable). In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours and should arrive within 7–10 business days of the date of the order. Orders that are too large or heavy to be shipped UPS will be shipped via common carrier (semi-tractor trailer) and can add an additional 2-7 days to shipping time. You will be notified of any delays that may occur. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Rush Delivery

  • Call for a quote on next day, 2 day and 3 day air.
  • Orders must be received by 2 p.m., Eastern time for same day delivery on in stock items.

Some heavy or bulky items may not be qualified for Rush Delivery. These items may require delivery by common carrier or be subject to UPS oversize rates. Some heavy or bulky items may require an additional fee. Please call for charges. For each additional shipping address, add $4.95 to the shipping and handling charges shown above.
Please Note on orders requesting "Next Day" shipping: if next day arrival of the part is imperative, please call and check availability previous to placing the order. We do not carry every item Mercedes-Benz provides in stock. Any order placed that we must order from the manufacturer will be a minimum of 24 hours before shipping is possible.

Sales Tax Information

We are required by law to collect sales tax in GA and all other states, where applicable.

Return Policy

Back to Top ^ will refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Please call and request a return receipt number before returning the part. Parts returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Parts may be returned within 15 days of receipt as long as the following stipulations are satisfied:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • have not been painted
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are NOT returnable

  • Custom or special orders (orders for parts not normally kept in stock)
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
  • VIN specific orders
  • Tools
  • Accessories

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Only items purchased from and shipped by are eligible for return.

Any orders placed in without providing a VIN to verify correct fitment of the part(s) ordered will not be eligible for a refund. Please be sure to include your Vehicle Identification Number during the checkout process to ensure correct fitment of the ordered part and also keep your refund eligibilty in case returning an ordered part is needed.

Core Returns

Cores will be accepted for credit only if the following conditions are met:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuildable
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.


We will issue a refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products

Damage to your shipment caused by the carrier is the responsibility of that carrier. All claims must be initiated with the carrier responsible for the damage. Please carefully inspect all items upon receipt. If damage has occured previous to shipment, will replace the damaged piece free of charge.


We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
